No research study can tell us more than what we instinctively know as parents. Children will thrive and grow when they are in an environment where they feel safe and secure. This can only happen in a center which has a very low turn-over of staff. Security and continuity is what we are uniquely positioned to provide for your child at CCA. Our care givers have an average tenure of 10+ years at our center. Many have been with us since we opened 16 years ago. All of our staff are CPR and First Aid certified. Our lead teachers have their CDA certification and some have degrees in teaching and child development. But most importantly, almost all of us are mothers and grandmothers with many, many years of experience, training and dedication to providing your child with a safe, fun and nurturing environment.
